LOUAVE Ultherapy PRIME

Ultherapy eye & brow lift, planned for subtle elevation.

Explore consultation-led Ultherapy eye and brow lifting in Seoul at LOUAVE Dermatology Clinic. Treatment planning considers eyebrow position, forehead laxity, upper-face anatomy, facial expression and real-time ultrasound imaging.

This treatment is not eyelid surgery and does not remove excess eyelid skin. The appropriate treatment zones must be selected carefully following assessment of the brow, forehead and surrounding upper-face anatomy.

Treatment Overview

Focused ultrasound for selected brow-laxity concerns.

Ultherapy uses microfocused ultrasound energy as part of a non-surgical lifting approach. In the upper face, the treatment discussion generally centres on eyebrow position, forehead support and the surrounding tissue rather than treating the eye itself.

LOUAVE presents Ultherapy PRIME as its current Ultherapy platform. Real-time ultrasound imaging supports selection of suitable tissue layers and allows the treatment pattern to be adapted to individual anatomy.

01

Upper-face anatomy assessment

Brow position, forehead tissue and natural asymmetry are reviewed before a treatment plan is proposed.

02

Imaging-guided treatment design

Ultrasound imaging assists with visualising tissue layers and choosing appropriate treatment depths.

03

Subtle, progressive change

The aim is gradual support and elevation rather than an immediate or surgical-style transformation.

Concerns Discussed During Consultation

Upper-face concerns require careful diagnosis.

A heavy-looking upper eye can be influenced by brow position, eyelid skin, facial expression, forehead tissue and natural anatomy. Ultherapy is suitable only for selected concerns.

01

Mild Brow Descent

Treatment may be discussed when mild tissue laxity has reduced the visible height or definition of the eyebrow.

02

Heavy Upper-Eye Appearance

The clinic assesses whether the appearance is related to brow descent, eyelid anatomy or another factor.

03

Reduced Brow Definition

Selected treatment mapping may support a more defined upper-face outline without changing natural brow shape.

04

Forehead Laxity

Forehead tissue support may be considered in relation to the eyebrow rather than as a separate concern.

05

Natural Brow Asymmetry

Existing asymmetry is assessed before treatment because the two sides should not automatically receive identical plans.

06

Early Upper-Face Laxity

Some patients seek a non-surgical option before brow laxity or forehead descent becomes more advanced.

Upper-Face Assessment

A heavy-looking eye is not always a brow-lifting concern.

Eyelid skin, eyebrow position, forehead movement, orbital anatomy, previous procedures and natural asymmetry can all affect the upper-eye appearance. The underlying cause should be assessed before treatment.

Brow Position

The height, shape and position of each eyebrow are reviewed in a relaxed facial expression.

Primary assessment

Eyelid Skin

Excess eyelid skin is different from brow laxity and may require an alternative treatment discussion.

Different concern

Forehead Movement

Muscle activity may influence brow height and should be considered alongside any previous Botox treatment.

Expression matters

Natural Asymmetry

Most faces have some asymmetry. The plan should respect existing differences rather than promise perfect symmetry.

Individual planning

Previous Treatments

Recent Botox, fillers, threads, surgery or energy-based procedures should be disclosed before treatment.

Treatment history required

Eye-Area Safety

Appropriate treatment zones and device placement must be selected by a trained practitioner after assessment.

Precision essential
Ultherapy Treatment Process

A precise process from assessment to post-treatment care.

The process below adapts LOUAVE’s general Ultherapy PRIME procedure. Exact preparation and treatment time vary with the selected upper-face areas.

01

Upper-Face Consultation

Brow position, eyelid anatomy, forehead movement, asymmetry and previous procedures are reviewed.

02

Cleansing & Numbing

The treatment area is cleansed and topical numbing cream may be applied to support comfort.

03

Gel & Treatment Mapping

Ultrasound gel is applied and the appropriate brow or forehead zones are carefully mapped.

04

Imaging-Guided Treatment

Tissue layers are visualised while energy is delivered to the individually selected treatment areas.

05

Review & Calming Care

The upper face is reviewed after treatment and suitable calming or recovery-focused care may be provided.

Recovery & Result Timeline

Brow-lifting changes generally develop gradually.

The timing below is general guidance. Brow elevation, swelling, tenderness and result development vary between patients and cannot be guaranteed.

01

Treatment Day

Temporary warmth, redness, tenderness, swelling or tingling may occur around the treated upper-face area.

02

Early Recovery

Many patients return to normal activities relatively quickly, although individual sensitivity varies.

03

From One Month

Gradual upper-face or brow changes may become more noticeable from around one month onward.

04

Continued Development

Collagen-related changes may continue over the following months as the individual tissue response develops.

Planning treatment before an event or flight

Temporary tenderness, redness or swelling may occur even when daily activity is possible. International patients should discuss important events and departure dates before scheduling treatment.

Treatment Suitability

Appropriate for selected brow-laxity concerns.

Treatment suitability cannot be confirmed from age or photographs alone. The brow, forehead, eyelids and relevant treatment history require individual assessment.

Ultherapy may be discussed when you:

  • Have mild or moderate brow or forehead laxity.
  • Want to discuss a non-surgical brow-lifting approach.
  • Prefer subtle and progressive upper-face change.
  • Understand that natural asymmetry may remain.
  • Have realistic expectations about non-surgical treatment.

Additional review may be needed when you:

  • Have active irritation, infection or open skin.
  • Have significant excess upper-eyelid skin.
  • Recently received Botox, fillers, threads or energy treatment.
  • Have eye, nerve, implant or relevant medical concerns.
  • Expect the same result as surgical brow or eyelid surgery.
Upper-Face Treatment Comparison

Similar concerns may need different treatment approaches.

Ultherapy, Thermage FLX and Titanium use different forms of energy. Botox may also be discussed when forehead muscle activity influences brow position.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before Ultherapy brow lifting.

These answers provide general guidance. Treatment details should be confirmed by LOUAVE following individual assessment.

What is an Ultherapy brow lift?
It is a non-surgical treatment using focused ultrasound energy in selected upper-face areas. Treatment planning aims to support mild brow elevation and forehead firmness, depending on individual anatomy and suitability.
Does Ultherapy treat the eyelid directly?
Treatment is planned around appropriate brow and upper-face zones rather than directly treating the eyeball. The clinic must assess eyelid anatomy and select safe, suitable areas.
Can it remove excess upper-eyelid skin?
No. Ultherapy does not surgically remove excess skin. Significant upper-eyelid skin or structural concerns may require a different medical or surgical consultation.
Can it make both eyebrows perfectly symmetrical?
Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed. Natural anatomy, muscle activity and previous treatments can create differences between the two sides. Treatment is planned with these differences in mind.
Is numbing cream used?
Topical numbing cream may be applied before treatment. Patients may still feel warmth, tingling or brief discomfort. Comfort differs between individuals.
How long does the appointment take?
LOUAVE gives a general Ultherapy PRIME treatment window of approximately 30 minutes to one hour for its face and neck treatments. A smaller upper-face treatment may differ, and consultation, cleansing and numbing add to visit time.
When may brow-lifting changes become visible?
LOUAVE notes that Ultherapy effects may begin developing after approximately one month. Further changes may develop gradually over the following months, depending on individual response.
Is there downtime after treatment?
Many patients resume normal activities relatively quickly. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, tingling or altered sensation may occur. Recovery varies.
Can Ultherapy replace a surgical brow lift?
No. Ultherapy cannot reproduce the tissue repositioning achieved through surgery. Patients with advanced brow descent or substantial eyelid skin may need to discuss other options.
Can international patients book before arriving?
International patients can contact LOUAVE before travelling and share their concerns, previous treatments and preferred dates. Final suitability is confirmed after consultation.
