Treatment Series
Juvelook Volume
A consultation-led injectable treatment combining PDLLA and hyaluronic acid for selected facial hollowness, gradual collagen support and natural-looking volume development.
Juvelook Volume is not the same as Juvelook Skin Booster or conventional hyaluronic-acid filler. It cannot simply be dissolved in the same way as an HA filler, and gradual changes cannot be reversed immediately.
Additional comfort measures may be discussed according to treatment depth and sensitivity.
Collagen-related volume changes may begin becoming more apparent over the following weeks.
The goal differs from treating pores, surface texture or immediate structural filler correction.
A collagen-stimulating injectable for selected gradual volume support.
Juvelook Volume is a separate formulation within the Juvelook range. It combines biodegradable poly-D,L-lactic acid particles with hyaluronic acid and is used with a deeper, volume-supporting treatment objective.
The injected material provides an initial physical effect while the PDLLA component is intended to support a gradual collagen-producing tissue response. The early appearance and later result should therefore be evaluated separately.
Juvelook Volume may be discussed for selected temporal, cheek or fold-related volume concerns. It is not intended to correct every hollow, tighten substantial loose skin or reshape facial bones.
Existing filler, facial width, tissue thickness, ligament support, natural asymmetry and the risk of adding heaviness must be reviewed before treatment.
A slower result does not remove the need for careful product preparation, anatomical knowledge and conservative placement. Excess or poorly positioned treatment may produce heaviness, asymmetry, irregularity or persistent nodules.
Treat the area only when volume loss is the true concern.
These areas describe common consultation discussions rather than a recommendation to treat every zone. Placement depth, volume and suitability must be determined individually.
Temples
Selected temporal hollowness may be assessed in relation to forehead width, brow contour, vessels, nerves and surrounding bone structure.
High-level anatomical planningSunken Cheeks
Gradual volume support may be discussed when selected cheek hollowness contributes to a tired or depleted appearance.
Facial width must be protectedAnterior Midface
Selected front-cheek deficiency may be assessed while avoiding excessive projection, puffiness or imbalance with the lower face.
Conservative treatment preferredNasolabial Area
A fold may involve volume loss, skin laxity, movement and facial structure. Direct treatment is not always the only or best approach.
Diagnose the cause firstJuvelook Volume, Juvelook Skin and filler are not interchangeable.
The treatment goal, product formulation, injection depth, response pattern and reversibility differ between these options.
Juvelook Volume
A deeper collagen-stimulating treatment approach for selected gradual facial volume support.
Juvelook Skin Booster
A skin-quality treatment approach for selected texture, fine-line, pore and shallow-scar concerns.
HA Dermal Filler
Adds immediate physical volume and may be used for selected structural projection, folds, lips or facial contours.
Initial fullness and later collagen response are different stages.
Injected fluid, hyaluronic acid and swelling may create temporary early fullness. Collagen-related volume develops more gradually and varies according to the treatment area, preparation, placement and individual tissue response.
Early fullness and swelling
Injection marks, tenderness, swelling, redness, firmness or bruising may affect the initial appearance.
Temporary effects begin settling
Swelling and bruising should be allowed to settle before symmetry or volume is judged.
Gradual response may appear
Collagen-related changes may begin becoming more noticeable over the following weeks.
Further treatment is reassessed
Additional treatment should be considered only after reviewing the response and any remaining concern.
International patients should allow time for swelling, bruising and tenderness to settle and should avoid arranging last-minute additional volume treatment before leaving Seoul.
Product preparation and placement shape the treatment response.
LOUAVE combines medical screening, facial assessment, product preparation, precise placement and calming post-treatment care.
Consultation
Your concern, health history, medications, allergies, previous injectables and earlier complications are reviewed.
Medical suitability assessmentFacial Design
The doctor assesses facial volume, width, symmetry, projection, skin laxity and surrounding structural support.
Anatomy-led planningNumbing & Preparation
Topical numbing may be applied while the product is prepared according to the selected protocol.
Product-specific preparationPrecise Injection
The prepared product is placed at planned depths and locations according to the treatment design.
Depth and volume varyCalming Care
The treated area is reviewed before recovery guidance, warning symptoms and follow-up timing are explained.
Early swelling may occurGradual treatment still requires a careful medical decision.
Treatment may be changed, delayed or declined when facial anatomy, medical history, previous filler or expectations make the proposed plan unsuitable.
Juvelook Volume may be discussed when:
- Selected temporal or cheek hollowness is the primary concern.
- Gradual collagen-related volume is preferred over an immediate structural change.
- Facial width and surrounding tissue can support the proposed volume.
- You understand that the developing response cannot be precisely predicted.
- You accept that treatment cannot be immediately dissolved like selected HA fillers.
Tell the doctor before treatment about:
- Pregnancy, planned pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Active infection, inflammation, acne, cold sores or an open wound.
- Autoimmune disease, bleeding conditions, significant allergies or previous severe reactions.
- Blood-thinning medicines, supplements and recent dental or surgical treatment.
- Previous filler, collagen stimulators, permanent products, implants, threads, surgery or injectable complications.
Protect the treatment area while swelling and tenderness settle.
Follow the instructions provided by the treating doctor. Advice may vary according to treatment depth, location, technique and medical history.
Follow Massage Guidance
Do not massage, press or manipulate the treated area unless the doctor provides specific instructions.
Manage Heat & Activity
Ask when strenuous exercise, sauna, intense heat, alcohol and swimming can safely be resumed.
Allow the Area to Settle
Avoid judging final symmetry or requesting more volume while swelling and bruising remain present.
Report Unexpected Changes
Contact the clinic for increasing pain, spreading redness, discharge, progressive skin colour change or persistent painful lumps.
Unusual pain or skin changes require prompt assessment.
Most temporary injection-site reactions improve as the area settles. Increasing pain, infection symptoms, progressive discolouration or visual or neurological symptoms require urgent medical evaluation.
Contact the clinic or seek urgent care for:
- Increasing pain, heat, spreading redness, discharge or fever.
- Persistent, enlarging, inflamed or painful lumps.
- Pale, grey, mottled or progressively darkening skin.
- Sudden blurred vision, double vision, loss of vision or severe eye pain.
- Severe headache, weakness, difficulty speaking or another sudden neurological symptom.
Visual or neurological symptoms require emergency medical care. Do not wait for a routine follow-up.

Important treatment information
This page provides general educational information and does not replace an individual medical consultation. Juvelook Volume has product-specific preparation, placement, contraindications and regulatory status that may vary by country. It should not be treated as interchangeable with Juvelook Skin Booster or conventional hyaluronic-acid filler. Treatment must be selected and performed by an appropriately qualified medical professional after reviewing facial anatomy, health history, medications, allergies, previous procedures and informed consent. Temporary effects may include pain, redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, firmness, asymmetry or visible injection marks. Other complications may include infection, inflammation, delayed reactions, persistent lumps or nodules, granuloma, unwanted volume, irregularity or tissue injury. Juvelook Volume cannot be immediately dissolved in the same way as selected hyaluronic-acid fillers. As with injectable procedures, uncommon vascular injury may occur. Seek urgent medical assessment for severe or increasing pain, pale or mottled skin, progressive discolouration, blistering, visual symptoms, severe headache, weakness or difficulty speaking. Results, symmetry, collagen response, volume development, duration and required treatment frequency vary and cannot be guaranteed.
